  • Quiz responses — budget, experience level, and preferences you provide are used solely to generate printer recommendations. This data is stored with your email if you choose to receive results via email.
  • Usage data — anonymous page views, clicks, and interactions to help us improve the site.

2. Email Communications

If you provide your email, we may send:

  • Your personalized printer recommendations (one-time)
  • Price drop alerts for printers you've viewed (if opted in)

You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time by replying to any email. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use affiliate links on our site. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links use cookies to track referrals. We do not use tracking cookies for any other purpose.

PrinterPicker uses affiliate links to retailers such as Amazon, MatterHackers, and Micro Center. These retailers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We are not responsible for their practices.

We retain your email and quiz data until you request deletion. To request removal of your data, email us from the address you used and we will delete your information within 14 days.
